Fennel is a celery like vegetable with a slight liquorish flavor.
Here I sliced everything thin almost like a slaw. I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients
1 Bulb Fennel (sliced very thin)
1 large Bartlett or Bosc Pear (Halved cored and sliced thin)
1/2 Red Onion
1 clove Garlic (Chopped Fine)
1 clove Garlic (Chopped Fine)
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Chopped Sage
2 Tbsp Walnut pieces
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Raspberry Vinegar.
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste.
Prepare
Combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar.
Toss Well.
Add Oil and Vinegar and toss again
Serve Chilled
