Crispy Brussels Sprouts Aglio Olio

I was never a big fan of Brussels Sprouts until my son described this to me one day so I bought some sprouts and cooked them up. I love this dish and it is very healthy.
 Ingredients
2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, halved lengthwise.
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic chopped.
Salt and Pepper to taste. 
Cook
Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet till hot
Add garlic till it just starts to cook
Add Brussels Sprouts and toss to coat them with oil.
Continue cooking and tossing often over medium high heat until slightly browned. 
Salt and Pepper to taste
Serve as a vegetable or side dish.
