Ramen Burgers

The original restaurant that serves this is in New York. People wait in line for hours to try this burger. They serve it with two beef patties, 1 Slice of American Cheese, a fried egg over medium,  a layer of arugula and an Oriental Chili Ketchup. We topped our meat with a little beef/soy gravy and some chopped green onions just to try this. Next time I will definitely use some veggies. Do what works for you.
Equipment Needed
2 frying pans. 1 for your burgers and 1 for your ramen buns
4  Round Ramekins or bowls or plastic deli containers to use as molds. Bun sized diameter. depth is not important.
Plastic Wrap
Ingredients
2 packages Ramen Noodles
1 egg
Tbsp Canola Oil
Drizzle of Sesame Oil, (optional)
2 burger patties
Cheese if desired
Prepare
Beat egg in small mixing bowl.
Line ramekins with plastic wrap
Boil Ramen Noodles in salted boiling water till cooked, (about 3 minutes)
Drain Noodles and place in mixing bowl with egg mixture
Mix with egg mixture till noodles are coated.
Place 1/4 of the noodles in ramekin packing them down gently
Fold excess plastic wrap over top of noodles to seal.
Flatten Gently
Repeat 3 more times to use up noodles and form 3 more bun halves.
Place in refrigerator for at least five minutes.
Cook
Cook your burgers the way you like them.
In another pan heat up Canola Oil, (add Sesame Oil if you're using it.)
Carefully unwrap and place noodle bun halves in oil one at a time. As you set it down do not move bun so it doesn't come apart. Cook for about 2 minutes till golden brown and turn over.
Brown other side for about 2 minutes till golden brown.
Remove buns and place on plates.
Dress buns with anything you would like to put on them.
Place burger on bun half and build burger
(you can make an oriental chili ketchup by mixing 1Tbsp sriracha sauce with 2 Tbsp Ketchup.)
Serve
